I started with priming my eyelids with Too Faced Shadow Insurance, so the makeup would stay throughout the evening (which I'm spending at home, by the way). Then I added Ghosh eyeshadow pencil in a shimmery light brown nuance to the entire lid and slightly into the brow area. On top of that I packed on a matte light brown eyeshadow from Body Shop - again all the way to the browbone. Then I added a beautiful mustard coloured silky shadow from Mac's Surfer Collection to light up the lid. I did not go into the crease with this colour as it wa<s only meant to add dimension to the lids. Finally I defined the outer v with a dark brown shimmery colour from Body Shop, packed a bit of Gosh effect powder in the colour mink on top of the MAC Sun Blonde colour, added mascara and defined my eyebrows with Gosh eyebrow pencil. I bronzed my cheeks for contouring and flush on top of the economically applied foundation and powder. I rounded up with a gorgeous bronzed lip gloss from clinique.
Well, if nothing else, this helps me preparing for the burnt colours of the Autumn season which I always look forward to and love. I dress best in the Autumn... And now have the make up look to go with it.
