Good morning lovelies! Happy Wednesday! First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for being so responsive to Autism Awareness Day, posting blue manicures for awareness, and for reading my daughter's story. I'm deeply touched by all your comments and grateful that you took the time to read her story. However, it doesn't end here. April is Autism Awareness month, and I'll be sporting alot of blue, doing some nail art, and continuing to promote awareness and acceptance.  I'll have an ABC Challenge post up later today, however I wanted to share the polish that I wore yesterday first.

I love to browse Etsy, and I love finding new-to-me Indie Brands. My passion for Indie Polish isn't exactly a secret! While scouring Etsy awhile back, I came across Pop Culture Cosmetics.  Man! So many awesome polishes! And since I placed that order, they have added some awesome glow in the dark polish and thermals! While I was busy grabbing up a few really cool polishes (which you'll be seeing soon!) I noticed a very special polish. And I knew that I had to have it. Thankfully they were having a 40% off sale, so my wallet wasn't screaming and begging for mercy!

Pop Culture Cosmetics "Autism Awareness" is an absolutely gorgeous bright, sheer blue jelly base packed with various shapes and sizes of red, blue, and yellow glitters (the colors of the Autism Awareness Ribbon).  There are several Autism Awareness polishes out there, but this one? This one really spoke to me. It really captures the Autism Ribbon perfectly. And the blue jelly base is to die for! Even at it's sheerest, it's still just stunning.

This is 3 coats of Autism Awareness topped with HK Girl Top Coat:

*Swoons*! This baby is just beautiful. The color of the base just floors me, and the glitters are perfect. I love this polish like crazy!

AA's formula was fabulous! Nice thick consistency - perfect for holding glitter but not too thick to work with. No thickening during use, no glopping and no clumpy glitters. Application was silky smooth as well - no balding or dragging, and the glitters lay flat on the nail. Since the base is very sheer, I needed 3 thin coats for the opacity shown here, however this girl looks just as hot with 2 coats, and layered over matching undies. Dry time was very impressive as well and wear was excellent.

I'm very impressed with Pop Culture Cosmetics and cannot wait to show you the other 2 I grabbed! You can find Pop Culture Cosmetics on Etsy and at PopCultureCosmetics.Com. All polishes are 3-free and cruelty free and you can grab a full sized bottle for $8.50. Minis are available as well - check out the shop for pricing info. As I mentioned before, Pop Culture just added a ton of Glow In The Dark polish as well as thermals! Personally I'm hoping to win the lottery so that I can have them all!

What do you think of Pop Culture Cosmetics' Autism Awareness Polish? Did you "Light it Up Blue" yesterday?

I'll be back later today with the letter M for the ABC Challenge! In the meantime, why not enter my giveaway?

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Polishing!
