The End Of The World

I just realized how long it has been since my last post. *___* Sorry! I've been busy... Well... Painting. And that's where all my creativity has gone.

Since the world is going to end today I thought it would be proper to do a makeup look inspired by that event. When I think of the doomsday I always think of this beautiful poem by Robert Frost.

"Some say the world will end in fire

Some say in ice

From what I've tasted of desire

I hold with those who favor fire

But if it had to perish twice

I think I know enough of hate

To say that for destruction ice

Is also great

And would suffice"

Long story short, this poem was my main inspiration for today's look. :)

Rather than involving any blue eyeshadow I decided to keep the "ice" in white and silver.

I think that the thing I liked best with this look was the eyebrows. :3

The whole face pictures of this look were terrible so here's a B&W one instead... With strange hair. XD

*IMPORTANT: Since M.A.C. has decided to start testing their products on animals I can no longer recommend you to buy these products! The reason why I'm still using them is because I bought them before it came to my knowledge that M.A.C. would become a non-cruelty free brand. I won't however buy any new products by them since animals are more important to me than looking good.
