A England Perceval - The perfect Red

Morning Ladies! Happy Thursday! Today I have one of my all time favorite polishes to share, and even though I'm sure you've seen it before, I have to gush over it anyway.

I have been searching for the perfect (for me) Red polish for what seems like an eternity. Even when I was younger and wore nothing but Red polish, I still could not find the perfect Red. I came close, but it was never exactly what I wanted. I knew in my head what I was looking for, but it was just nowhere to be found. Until now. Ladies, I have found the perfect Red, and if you don't own this polish, you really should.

A England Perceval. Highly Pigmented, Shimmery Candy Apple Red. This polish is absolute Red Perfection. In the bottle it simply glows - the exact color of a candy apple in a candy store window. On the nail, it's just as vibrant, making my nails look as if I had dipped them into a candy apple shell. It is absoutely stunning, and despite some amazing photos out there, nothing does this polish justice, save for seeing it IRL.

I tried to capture this beauty as best as I could, but trust me: there is no way to do this polish justice in photoraphs. It is quite literally one of the most beautiful polishes I have ever seen, and I only wish that I had bought this sooner.

Gorgeous. Just gorgeous. This polish leaves me speechless. And makes me wish that I already had the Canon Rebel I'm saving up for since this polish deserves better pictures.

Formula:
Perceval's formula is literally like butter, smooth and creamy. Absolute perfection.

Application:
Perceval almost applies itself. The buttery formula leads to the smoothest application I have ever experienced. This polish flowed onto the nail like liquid silk. No dragging, streaking, bubbling, gooping, pooling, etc. Even wrapping my tips was enjoyable. The brush is heavenly as well, just stiff enough for control of the polish while still being flexible enough to fan out nicely.  I have NEVER been so impressed with a polish (and despite my penchant for drugstore polish, I have some pretty pricey ones in my stash as well).

I cannot rave about this polish enough. Literally, the only issues I had with this manicure were with my base coat's minor bubbling issue and my top coat being pesky. However, after using Pereval, I plan on buying A England's The Knight base coat and The Shield Top Coat.

I simply cannot wait to wear the other 4 A England's I bought, and I certainly plan on buying more. Adina has created what I consider to be one of the most superior polish lines of all time, and her Collections are inspired and unique. Given the high quality of A England polishes, the price tag is very affordable. You can find A England polishes at the A England Website, Llarowe, Nail Polish Canada, and I'm sure there's more.

I ordered my 5 A England polishes through Llarowe, and I have to be honest about my experience.  I ordered these polishes on a Friday evening. The shipping information listed said shipping would take 2-5 business days, and I would receive shipping confirmation within 72 hours. Okay, that's the norm. However, my order did not ship out from Llarowe for 6 days. Now I understand that they're a smaller company and that they get busy, however....6 days to ship out an order is a bit long in my eyes. I understand small businesses are tough. I do. I own one. But if you advertise that you ship out within 72 hours, then people are going to expect that you ship within 72 hours. Not 6 days. Thankfully I live fairly close to Llarowe, so once they did ship I had them in 3 days. I know things happen, and maybe this was a fluke, but I wasn't impressed. Considering I had a package from China that I ordered the day before my Llarowe order show up BEFORE my polishes did, I felt like Llarowe's shipping time left much to be desired.I will admit that once I opened the package all of that went away. A England is stunning even in the bottles.

What do you think of Perceval? Do you have a favorite A England polish?

I'll be showing my other A England's soon. I'm having a hard time choosing which to wear! Ophelia, Lady of Shalott, Jane Eyre, or Camelot with some nail art. Any requests?

Thanks for stopping by and Happy polishing!
