KLK Presents : Bitch Glitz Cosmetics Dark Side of Town Collection - Walking Dead

Hello lovelies! I've been dying to write this post for  good week now. I'll be posting details about the challenge later, but for now? I have something very special to share!

About a week and a half ago I stumbled across a brand called Bitch Glitz on Etsy. I immediately fell head over heels for the creations there, and decided that I had to order some right away! As I was deciding and re-deciding, Ketlyn, the awesome as all hell owner of Bitch Glitz posted more colors. She was kind enough to let me change my order to her totally me Dark Side of Town Collection. This collection is beyond awesome and over the next week or so I'll be sharing them all.

It's no secret that I am a huge Walking Dead fan. I live for new episodes, have re-watched every episode at least twice, and think Daryl Dixon should be President. It only made sense to chose Bitch Glitz Walking Dead as the first polish from the DSoT Collection to share with you all.

Walking Dead (the polish) is a kick-ass mix of black square glitter and Large Red Hex glitter in a moss green base. It's Walking Dead in a bottle, I swear.

All photos are 2 coats of Walking Dead topped with Gelous and SV:

I cannot find the words to tell you all just how deeply in love I am with this polish. Wow!

Formula:
Walking Dead's formula is the usual thick Indie formula, however this isn't necessarily an issue. I did add some thinner for the second coat because I wanted it to be fairly thin so the glitters would be able to poke through as much as possible, however this is just personal preference. I didn't have any actual issues like glopping or gooping.

Application:
The first coat applied very smoothly. I had no issues with dragging, glopping, or gooping, and no need to fish for the larger glitters. The second coat was a touch tricky, if only because my first coat wasn't completely dry and the large red hex glitters really wanted to dig into that first coat. I allowed my right hand to dry a bit longer between coats and then the second coat was smooth as silk.  I do recommend a coat of Gelous or Glitter Food on this one due to the larger glitters, plus it adds to the shine.

I am so impressed with Bitch Glitz that I cannot wait to order more! Ketlyn currently has 3 collections available, as well as a couple of LE's. All full sized bottles retail for $10, full collections for $35. All polishes are 3-free and made with High Quality ingredients, including a pinch of Diamond Dust! You can find Bitch Glitz on Etsy (and you really should!). The shop name is actually listed as "Bitsch Glitz", due to the usual "you can't use that word!" restrictions.

I'm so excited to show you more from this brand! Even though BG is new to the Indie scene, it's already in my top 4 Indie Brands. I cannot recommend it enough.

What's your take on Walking Dead? Are you excited to see more from Bitch Glitz?

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Polishing!
