Laquerlicious Salt Water

Good morning Lovelies! Happy Saturday! No news here, since my mom's appointment is actually on Monday. Could've sworn it was yesterday, but my mind is sorta jumbled lately.

Today I have one of the most beautiful glitters in my collection to share with you. I've already shown you 2 amazing glitters from Laquerlicious (Ember Glow and Indigo Storm), but for some reason this one is my very favorite. Salt Water is an unbelievably beautiful mix of  large teal hex glitter, medium holo teal square glitter, small teal hex glitter, tiny teal hex glitter, medium white hex, medium white square, and small white matte square in a clear base. That sounds like a LOT of glitter, right? Michelle has mixed this so that the glitter isn't overwhelming. It's a perfect mix, and reminds me of tropical ocean waters. It also kinda makes me want to grab a lawnchair, a margarita, and a pool boy with a fan. ;)

The moment I unwrapped this glitter I knew that I absolutely needed to layer this over China Glaze For Audrey (any excuse to wear For Audrey is a good one, right?).  The result was one of my very favorite manicures ever. It's not flashy or in your face, but instead simply beautiful and sparkly. I could not keep my eyes off of my nails!

This is a single coat of Salt Water over For Audrey, topped with SV.

I am simply in awe of this glitter. I cannot get over just how utterly perfect his mix of colors is! LOVE!!!!!

Formula:
Salt Water's formula was fabulous! Consistency was perfection - thick while never being goopy or gloppy.

Application:
Like buttah! I had no issues with this glitter at all.The brush delivered the perfect amount of glitter without having to fish for any of the larger hexes. There was no dragging, chasing glitter around my nails or clumping at the tips. Despite being a chunky glitter, I needed only 1 coat of my usual top coat. The glitters lay perfectly flat on the nail with no assistance.

I cannot rave about Salt Water enough!. I love Laquerlicious polish anyway (I am seriously  huge fan and would own them all if I had more money to spare), but if you only try out one of her creations, make it this one!!

All Laquerlicious creations are 3-Free and available via LaquerliciousUnity on Etsy. Full size bottles retial for $8.50, and there are a ton of polishes on sale right now! Go forth and check it out!

What do you think of Salt Water? Are you as in love with this awesome glitter as I am??

I do have some more Polish TBH and Twenty Seven Polish coming up soon! Wait until you guys see these beauties!

Thanks for stopping by and HappyPolishing!!
