Twenty Seven Polish: Cotton Candy Bliss

Good morning Lovelies! Hope your Monday morning is going as well as a Monday morning can be!

Today I have a new polish from another of my very favorite Indie Brands, Twenty Seven Polish. Lisa was kind enough to send me this polish before it even had a name! At first It reminded me of a Peppermint Martini, but I think Lisa really nailed the name. Cotton Candy Bliss is a mix of Teal and Fuchsia square and Hex glitters in a soft, baby pink base. I just adore this mix of colors! It really does remind me of fluffy pink Cotton Candy. Yum! And we all know what a sucker I am for a good baby pink!

This is 2 coats of Cotton Candy Bliss topped with Gelous and HK Girl Top Coat:

I am really digging this polish. I really like how the glitters are truly suspended within the semi-sheer base, giving it that jelly sandwich-type look.  This is one of my favorite Twenty Seven Polishes (and I'm just 3 away from having them all!).

Formula:
Cotton Candy Bliss has a lovely, smooth formula. CCB is thick enough to hold the glitters, yet not too thick to work with. No thickening during use and no clumps of glitter.

Application:
Smooth and buttery, this girl was a dream to apply. No dragging, balding, or lumping of glitters. My only issue was that I kept banging the tip of my index finger against my light! This polish doesn't dry textured, but I did add a coat of Gelous for extra protection since I wore this as a full mani.

I'm always impressed with Twenty Seven Polish. Lisa creates some of the best polish out there - so much so that I literally stalk her Etsy shop just incase she has listed something new. You'll be seeing more from this brand over the next few weeks, so keep an eye out!

All Twenty Seven Polish is 3-free and can be found via Twenty Seven Polish on Etsy or at 27Polish on StoreEnvy. Lisa focuses on unique Glitters, so if you're looking for an awesome glitter, you have to check out Twenty Seven! Full size bottles retail for $7, minis for $3. International Shipping is available - just shoot Lisa an Etsy note for pricing. Lisa has also been kind enough to share another discunt code! Use code SPRING20 at checkout (valid until 4/30/13) for 20% off your order.

What do you think of Cotton Candy Bliss? Do you prefer this kind of polish with soft, pastel bases or white?

Stay tuned for some nail art coming up this afternoon!

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Polishing!
