Polish TBH "Girl Please"Collection: Geyttyh

Good Morning lovelies! Happy Thursday!

As you can guess from the title, Polish TBH is releasing a new collection! The "Girl Please" Collection launches tomorrow night, so you're going to be seeing swatches from this collection over the next few days.

I've already shown you Tiny Dancer and Chaotic Peligro, which were early releases from this collection, but there are 4 more gorgeous polishes to share - one of which is a color changing polish (I'm actually wearing that one now, and it's already in my top 5 favorite polishes).

Today I have Geyttyh to show you. Don't even try to pronounce that, and none of know what it means! Could be an acronym, could be a word. What I do know is this polish is beautiful, and has a hidden surprise!

Geyttyh is a lovely soft green with subtle shimmer that holds a really awesome secret. Because of this, this post is pic heavy. Make sure you click to read more in order to see what the secret hold! It's worth it.

All photos are 3 coats of Geyttyh topped with HK Girl Top Coat:

Isn't his a beautiful Green? I love how soft this color is, while still being vibrant and unique enough to be eye catching. And did you notice the shimmer? Pretty awesome shimmer in there, right? Well, that shimmer holds a secret that you can't see until you're in the right lighting...

These pictures were taken outdoors at Twilight, so they are not color accurate. They exist solely to show the shimmer's secret.....(I apologize for the cuticle oil! As soon as I noticed the secret I rushed to take photos before I lost the sunlight...)

That's right! The shimmer is actually comprised of tiny holographic particles! I had no idea this was a holo until I went outside to refill my dog's water bowl and happened to catch the sun on my left hand.  IRL the holo is  a bit stronger, although still subtle. I actually really dig this kind of holo since the fact that the rainbow only comes out to play in certain lighting makes it all the more special.

I wore Geyttyh by herself all day long, but I just had to see what it would look like stamped. I grabbed Mash-50 and Illamasqua Viridian and stamped some cute little vines over the top of Geyttyh. I loved the result! In the sun it looked like a little rainforest type scene on my nails!

I really liked how this turned out. The shimmer in Viridian really complimented the shimmer in Geyttyh and the vines are just a great image.

I warned you this post was pic heavy! ;) Now let's get to the details!

Formula:
Polish TBH polishes have one of the best formulas around, and Geyttyh is no exception.  Thick, yet a touch thinner than alot of Indie polishes and usable straight out of the bottle, I have yet to need a single drop of thinner for any Polish TBH creations. No thickening during use as well.

Application:
Geyttyh applied like liquid silk! I literally had no issues with this polish. No dragging, balding, glopping or gooping, dry time was fast, and this girl has superior shine even without top coat.  Wear was exceptional, with zero chips or tipwear in the 24 hours that I wore this (Doesn't seem like long, but considering I can manage to chip a mani within 3-4 hours due to how I use my hands, it's actualy pretty impressive!).

I am very much loving this polish. I've really been digging greens over the past 4-5 months, and Geyttyh is one of my favorite shades.  Most of my greens are brights, neons, or emerald, so I was thrilled when I opened up my package and saw this beautiful, soft, green. It is certainly unique to my stash.

All Polish TBH Creations are 3-free and retail for $8 per full size bottle and $4/mini. You will be able to buy the entire Girl Please Collection for $36 for full size and $18.50 for minis. You can find the  Polish TBH Shop on Etsy (clicky!), and I recommend you follow Polish TBH on Facebook for updates/sales.  I highly recommend picking up the Fantasy Collection as well as the Girl Please Collection while you're there!

What do you think of Geyttyh? Is this your kind of green?

Stay tuned for more from the Girl Please Collection!

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Polishing!
