Hello again Lovelies! I've managed to post twice daily for 2 days in a row! Woohoo! I'll be posting once daily tomorrow, but hopefully back up to 2 a day on Sunday.

This evening I have a fairly new pretty from the awesome Lisa at Twenty Seven Polish for you all. I almost missed this one, since this and another 27 managed to fall behind some much taller polishes. Thankfully I was hunting around for a specific polish last night and found them. Looks like I need to find some new storage since my giant china cabinet has indentations on the shelves and that makes it hard to get polishes upright. Thankfully this is the first time that I've "lost" polishes behind others though. But you don't want to hear about that! Let's check out some polish!

Twenty Seven polish Western Omelette is a mix of orange, red, green, and blue circle and hex glitters in a yellow shimmer base. I'm seeing alot of this color lately! This girl looks exactly like a Western Omelette, too. I kid you not! Pretty cool!

This is 2 coats of Western Omelette, no undies:

Tell me that doesn't make you think of an omelette! It actually makes me kinda hungry!

Although golden yellows aren't really my color, I really dig this one. There's just something about it that made me happy. Maybe it's because it's a Twenty Seven, and I've adored Lisa's polish since I first stumbled across her Etsy store. Twenty Seven was my first true Indie brand and will always have a special place in my heart.

Western Omelette's formula was actually quite nice, considering that it is literally packed with glitter. Consistency was thinner than the usual indie formulas, which was awesome - it really allowed the glitter to disperse evenly. Application was easy peasy with no dragging or balding, no giant glitter clumps and a fast dry time. Western Omelette does dry fairly textured, so you'll want to add a coat of Glitter Food  to smooth things out. I used a very thin coat here, and those glitters did not budge, or catch on anything. Wear was excellent, with just a bit of wear at the free edge (which is okay since wrapping your tips with a polish this dense with glitter is not really feasible) at 24 hours. Another win for Lisa!

If you haven't checked out Lisa's awesome creations, head on over to Twenty Seven Polish on Etsy. Full size bottles will run you $7-$8, minis $3. Lisa is also now carrying glitter polish rings as well, and they are gorgeous! All rings are adjustable and affordable - just $3 for small rings and $4 for the larger rings. You can also follow Twenty Seven polish on Facebook for new releases, swatches, and updates.

What do you think of Western Omelette? Are you a fan of golden yellows?

I'll be back tomorrow morning with some awesome sauce from Luscious Potion. I also have Delush Polish, Fandom Cosmetics, more from Twenty Seven and more nail art coming your way!

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Polishing!
-Kimber
