Hello Lovelies! Happy Friday!!! Normally I am overjoyed on Fridays, but this weekend is cleaning weekend around here, so I'm not as thrilled. Payday weekends are much more fun.
Today's Flakie Friday is a glittery version of the usual Flakie Friday goodness. And let me tell you, I'm thrilled to be wearing this beauty again. The last time I wore this, I was crazy busy and did not manage to photograph it before I mangled my manicure. But hey, any reason to wear one of my fave glitters again is a good reason, right?
Polish TBH is one of my very fave Indie Brands, as I'm sure you're all well aware. Christian makes some of the most fantastic polish, and this beauty is no exception. It's one of my favorite glitters ever, and if you're a glitter fan, you need this baby.
No Rain is a mix of yellow and green irregular "flake" glitters, soft baby blue hexes and gold holographic microglitters in a clear base. Inspired by the Blind Melon song of the same name, this glitter topper completely captures the feel of the video. This is a very unique polish, and is just amazing on the nail. Let's have a look-see!
This is a single coat of No Rain over OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls:
Just look at that polish! Could that get any prettier?? IRL this is a touch brighter and the holo microglitter shines when the light catches it. This is one of those polishes that I never want to remove, and spend way too much time staring it. So original, and such a gorgeous color combo. I swear I could wear this forever and never complain.
No Rain boasts the usual Polish TBH formula, thick enough to carry all those lovely glitters yet easy to work with. No thickening during use, no glopping glitters, no giant glitter clumps. Application is smooth and perfect with the glitter dispersing evenly and easily. No fishing required! No Rain does not dry very textured, so I just used my usual top coat for ultra shine. I should note that despite being flakie shards, these glitters lay flat on the nail and do not lift. The last time I wore this girl, I had her on for a good 3 days and my mani was still perfect when I finally removed it. No Rain is just absolute perfection, but do we really expect any less from Polish TBH?
