31 Day Challenge, Day 9: Rainbow Nails!

Wow, guys! This challenge wasn't as rough as I had anticipated, even though my rainbows are far from perfect! I definitely need to practice striping. I don't think they turned out too bad considering this was my very first time freehanding stripes of any sort, nonetheless using 6 colors at once! I chose to use 6 colors in vertical stripes, with little white clouds on my thumb and ring finger. Here is the result:

Not too shabby, eh? It ain't perfect, but in the words of the farmer, "That'll do, pig. That'll do."

I used 6 colors for this mani. They are: Essie Size Matters, Sally Hansen Sun Kissed, Mellow Yellow, Green with Envy, Blue Me Away and Essence Breakthrough. I used a Kiss striper in white for the clouds on my thumb and ring finger, and topped it all off with Seche Vite.  I can't wait to see what Manicure Addict does for her rainbow nails! Tonight's challenge is gradient nails, and I'm on the fence about what to use. I'm debating a combo with Zoya Tao, but I'm also making a trip to Sally's today, so that is subject to change.
